A total of 339 students from various colleges participated. The focus of all these competitions was mainly around the topic of creating a “Healthy Atmosphere, The Future We Want’‘.
Our partner school Guru Tej Bahadur Khalsa College celebrated World Ozone Day with a flurry of week long events such as, a Poster Making Competition, a Slogan Writing Competition, a Quiz Competition and a Crossword Puzzle Competition all around the environmental theme. We had well over 100 entries in all these competitions, telling us that our future is indeed in sensitive hands, and the young minds were keenly concerned about this theme. We even had a young student Siddharth Kaushal (from a Bachelor course in Tej Bahadur Khalsa College) present a special paper sharing his research learning on the Ozone layer with other students, well done Siddharth! 🙂 .
