We’re hiring for a four-month paid contractual position based out of Mumbai, India. The main goal is to be help organize a total of 100 interactive, online lectures in Mumbai and suburban areas around the city. The lectures will be delivered by scientists, health professionals and zoonotic diseases experts etc. on the theme of How to protect ourselves from COVID-19.
The scope of work includes:
- Contacting and following up with schools to take part in our online lecture series for middle school students (grade 6-8th)
- Daily reporting on lecture series and coordinating with schools for information sharing
- Compiling follow up questions and next steps for schools and MIEF
- The coordinator is expected to be able to use telecalling, emails and safe in-person (when needed) meetings for communication.
- Knowledge of Google docs or Microsoft word is required
- Reporting will be written in English, so strong communication skills are helpful
- Zoom or Google meets know-how is a plus
- Fluency in language knowledge is a plus
